Return Policy

If you want to return and exchange the items, you can return it for an exchange follow the below clause:
1. if you find the item is not the one you order. or there is some defect or broken, we provide replacement(Please fill in the Return & Exchange form),andReturn request must be not later than 3 working days from the day you received it..When you ship back the items.please send email to tell us the tracking number,make sure you pack the items well and no damage.We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.
2.If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't accept the request of replacement.
3. When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. If the time is too long, we can not verify defective item is we provide , or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.
4. When no quality issue is involved, the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee per returned item. Restocking fees amount USD 25 per bag,Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
5. When we received your return damaged items , we will verify if back item is in good condition. We will ship a new  one in the same style to you by EMS/DHL(some special country). The shipment will take 8 - 14 days.
6. If you place a new order, and shipped by express, we will put replacement together in one package.
7.If the address you provided is wrong, the items return us, we will charge you USD 15 per bag for resending fee.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and associated cost with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
When the items are signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system,we are supposed that you will receive the items.That is not our responsibility .
 
If you provide a wrong information of the address we shipped out,lead to the items can not deliver successfully,we need to reship the items,we will charge the reship fee. Reship fee should be USD 20 per replica bag ,if you would like to cancel this order,we will charge the restocking fee.Restocking fees amount USD 25 per replica bag.

As per our policy, and whatever the reason given by the client, we will not process any refund to clients after an order is shipped! Though, we are always trying our best to accommodate clients and handling exchanges on their request.
Would an order settled by credit card be canceled before its shipment, and if client requests a refund, we would do so but would apply a USD 50 charge for processing this refund. Indeed, those fees correspond to the charges applied to us by payment gateway for handling a refund.
Credit card payment will be refuned since we send email to tell you.The process refunded proceeded by the bank will take about 12-14 working days.The detail you can ask for your own bank.
